Dr. Kuldip Kumar |
Abstract |
The term describe the behavior that is directed in a positive way and is given the name of positive social behavior by Wispe (1978), who distinguishes ifs three principal forms altruism, sympathy and helping Research and theory about positive social behavior is bargaining perhaps this is response to the troubles of our times, perhaps to the tumult of the 1960 are perhaps to the realization that the behavioral scientist have been to long concerned largely with anti social behavior. Whatever is the reason Research on positive social behavior is increasing and to being rewarded. |

Structural Framework of Face Recognition with Selected Approaches |
Shephalika |
Abstract |
Computer vision, in general, aims to duplicate (or in some cases compensate) human vision, and traditionally, have been used in performing routine, repetitive tasks, such as classification in massive assembly lines. Today, research on computer vision is spreading enormously so that it is almost impossible to itemize all of its subtopics. Despite of this fact, one can list relevant several applications, such as face processing (i.e. face, expression, and gesture identification), computer human interaction, crowd surveillance, and content-based image retrieval. All of these applications, stated above, require face detection, which can be simply viewed as a pre-processing step, for obtaining the "object". In other words, many of the techniques that are proposed for these applications assume that the location of the face is pre-identified and available for the next step. Face identification is one of the tasks which human vision can do effortlessly. However, for computer vision, this task is not that easy. |

An Analytical study for Ability estimation for a Solar PV for a System Integrated with Green House |
Subhash Chandra Morrya |
Abstract |
The ability assessment of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system integrated with greenhouse. The power produced from the solar PV system has been used to operate the required heating/cooling equipments inside the greenhouse. The block diagram of solar PV system has been shown in fig 1-(a).
The whole system under consideration, consists of four main subsystems A,B,C, and E, connected in series. Subsystem A is a solar panel and produced DC power from sunlight. Subsystem B is a charge controller and it controls the charging of batteries. Subsystem C is a battery bank and stores the DC power produced by the solar panel. Here, in this model, the subsystem C has two units, namely and in standby redundancy. Originally, one battery bank works and on failure of we can online standby battery bank by the help of imperfect switching device D. In last, the subsystem E is an inverter and it converts 3.0KVA DC power to 220V/50Hz AC power.

Identification of Juvenile and Non-Juvenile Delinquents in Anxiety Level and Home Adjustment |
Aruna Gupta |
Dr. Kuldip Kumar |
Abstract |
Delinquency constitutes one of the major social problems in both developed and developing societies. It refers to behaviour under 18 years of age which is not acceptable to society and is generally regarded as calling for some kind of admonishment, punishment or corrective action. Thus delinquent behaviour may range from truancy to incorrigibility and the use of illicit drugs to commitment of murder and other serious crimes. It may be pointed out that the actual incidence of juvenile delinquency is difficult to determine, since many delinquent acts are neither reported nor processed in the criminal justice system. |

Application of Emotion Recognition in Different Fields |
Rohit Parashar |
Abstract |
Anger can have long term adverse effects on individuals` physical and mental well-being. A person
under the influence of anger cannot rationalize, comprehend, or make good decisions because anger distorts
logical reasoning into blind emotion. Changes in the speech production process are one of many physiological
changes that happen during anger. Automatic recognition of human emotion (anger) in speech aims at
recognizing the underlying emotional state of a speaker from the speech signal. The area has received
rapidly increasing research interest over the past few years. However, designing powerful spectral features
for high-performance speech emotion recognition (SER) remains an open challenge. Our purpose was to
investigate whether emotion (anger), as perceived by a panel of listeners, were observable in various acoustic
cues of the speech signal. |

Study the effect of vermicompost on growth and flowering of china aster |

Dr. S. H. A. Kazmi |
Abstract |
More than a period of six years, five field studies were conducted by CARDI to evaluate the performance
of various manures and vermi-compost on the production of callaloo (Amaranthus sp.). These manures
were cow manure, goat manure, vermi-compost and a commercial organic fertiliser. In the first three
studies significantly higher yields of callaloo were obtained from either cow or goat manure (P.0.05) with
vermicompost providing the least yield in every season. In the fourth and fifth year a commercial organic
fertiliser was evaluated against cow manure and vermicompost and was found to produce significantly
higher yields of callaloo than the vermi-compost in both years (P.0.05). There were no significant differences
of yield of callaloo between the commercial organic fertiliser and cow manure in the two trials. China aster
is an important annual garden flower. It is most popular of all garden annuals grown through out the world. A
critical survey of review has been done to pool information on effect of vermicompost on growth and flowering
of china aster and other flowers. |
